Kaizen Blitz is very fortunate to have many dedicated mentors bringing to the team a diverse range of experience and skills. Collectively they have over a hundred years of experience. Mentors become role models and help students to develop skills in engineering, computer-aided design, computer programming, machining, welding, project management, logistical support, communications, website design and fundraising. The team also has a very dedicated group of parent volunteers bringing more diversity to the team. Management, social work, fundraising, materials management, office management and legal secretary, graphic design, accounting, carpentry and facility management, boat building, contracting, cosmetology, and special event coordination- all these skills combine to make the team a true definition of the term continuous improvement “Kaizen Blitz”.
